Returns: We strive to ensure that our site has provided you with enough information to choose the correct items for your vehicle. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to inquire about a parts warranty refund. In the event that you choose to return an item for credit, we will credit your credit card. Please contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to process a return. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and short description of the problem after e-mailed RMA has been sent to you. We will accept the return provided it is unused, in resalable condition and returned within 15 days of original invoice. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Do not return merchandise to us COD or Postage Due. If we are in error in shipping we will promptly refund your return freight charges. We do not refund shipping costs on parts ordered without having provided a VIN at time of order.
Refused Shipments: Freight charges incurred by us while attempting to deliver merchandise which is refused will be billed to you the customer.
Damage in Transit: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier for a damage claim and keep all packaging materials. Please do not return these items to us.
The Following Orders Are Not Returnable: Literature and videos are not returnable. Electrical Parts and Components (such as: EUC's, Push Button Units, Switches, Relays, Air Mass Meters, etc). Parts that have been installed are not returnable. If the installation hardware is missing from the box credits will not be issued. Body panels are not returnable due to minor dings, scratches and dents. Refunds will not be authorized on items that have been altered and/or painted.
