Q: How to determine the LEFT & RIGHT side of vehicle?

A: When sitting in the vehicle, the left side is on your left and right is on your right! Simple!!!

Q: Why do you need my VIN?

A: Your vehicle identification number is a MUST. There are many variations on every Toyota model. Having the VIN allows us to ensure you get the correct part.

Q: Where can I locate my VIN?

A: The VIN can be found on your vehicle registration or by looking at the dashboard on the driver's side of the vehicle. The easiest way to view it is to stand outside the vehicle on the driver's side and look at the corner of the dashboard where it meets the windshield

Q: Why is shipping so much?

A: We ship exclusively with UPS and only charge their rates. If you feel the shipping for your order is to high please contact us by email and we will verify weights and dimensions.

Q: Can I return parts if I don't need them?

A: Returns are gladly accepted however, in some cases, we will not refund shipping costs, nor the cost to return the parts to us. Please see our shipping policy page for further information.

Q: How long will it take for my part to ship once I place my order?

A: Generally, your part will ship same business day provided that it Is in-stock within our Toyota dealership. If we need to order it from the manufacturer then you can expect shipment within 2-3 business days. We will always notify you by email in the event that your part may require additional time.

Q: What is the warranty on my part?

A: We only sell genuine OEM Toyota parts and accessories, unless otherwise stated on the product page. All of our OEM Toyota parts and accessories come with a factory warranty of 12 months (unlimited miles).

Q: Should I buy OEM parts?

A: OEM parts is when we talk about the "Original Equipment Manufacturer" parts. They are created for unique car models by the OEM. These are the exactly-matching parts that your vehicle uses. They include a limited warranty. Toyota of Nashua uses your VIN Number to identify the right OEM part for your car.
